Please telephone or visit for test results after 11.00am. This allows time for results to be checked and staff will have more time to help you.

Hospital Results
Please give at least 10 days after hospital tests before asking for the results. (you can also view these on the NHS APP)
If you are under the care of a consultant in the hospital and they have asked you to have any tests then you must contact the consultant’s secretary for the results or wait for your follow-up appointment. You can contact the hospital secretaries using the main hospital switchboard number T:0121 424 2000.
Private Results
Patients who have been seen privately and have been asked by a consultant to have some tests taken must contact the private hospital for the results directly.
