Emergencies

For true emergencies (such as sudden severe chest pain or breathlessness, choking, symptoms of a stroke, severe bleeding) – please call 999.

If you need a doctor urgently, please telephone 742 5211.

During surgery hours you will be put in touch with one of our doctors.

Out of Hours services

After 6.30pm and at weekends you should call 111

if its not a 999 emergency but you need medical help fast call 111. The NHS 111 service is a fast and easy way to get the right help – wherever you are and whatever the time. The service provides medical advice and if necessary will call an ambulance for you. For more information click here.

To call 111 is free from land lines and from mobiles (although you must have 1p credit on your mobile phone to be able to make the free call).

The nearest Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) for Solihull is based at Chelmsley Wood Primary Care Centre, Crabtree Drive, Chelmsley Wood B37 5BU.

Appointments are available between 10:30-22:30, 7 days a week.
